We’re committed to helping you build a strong financial future. As part of this commitment, we report your mortgage payment timeliness to all three major credit bureaus: Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian. Maintaining timely payments is essential, as it positively impacts your credit score, which affects your ability to secure loans and the interest rates you receive.

Tips for How to Strengthen Your Credit Score:

  • Pay bills on time: Consistent, on-time payments help build a positive credit history.
  • Reduce outstanding debt: Keeping credit card balances low can improve your score.
  • Avoid opening too many new accounts: Multiple credit inquiries within a short period can negatively affect your score.

Check and Monitor Your Credit Report: You’re entitled to one free credit report every 12 months from each credit bureau under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA). Click here to access your free credit report. Reviewing your credit report regularly allows you to correct any errors and protect your credit identity.
